We do not knowingly misrepresent property, and we avoid language that implies certainty where uncertainty exists.

INDEPENDENCE & NEUTRALITY

PCH Signature Auctions acts as an agent for consignors but maintains independence in auction execution.

We do not provide valuation guarantees to influence bidding
Estimates are provided as opinions, not assurances
We do not bid on our own lots or engage in practices designed to artificially influence results

RESPECT FOR BIDDERS

We recognize the responsibility inherent in presenting property to a global bidding audience.

We encourage independent inspection and due diligence.
We provide additional information upon reasonable request when available.
We administer bidding fairly and consistently across all platforms.

We treat consignors with professionalism.

Consignor identities are treated as confidential unless disclosure is legally required

Information disclosed to PCH Signature Auctions by consignors will be reflected in lot descriptions where appropriate. Unless expressly stated, PCH Signature Auctions does not independently research or verify provenance, catalogue raisonné inclusion, or scholarly authentication.

PCH Signature Auctions complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and marketplace platform requirements governing auctioneering and online commerce.

Operations are conducted in alignment with accepted international auctions standards and are subject to periodic review to ensure continued compliance.

Except as expressly stated in writing, PCH Signature Auctions makes no warranties of authenticity, authorship, attribution, provenance, date, medium, or condition.

All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and bidders assume full responsibility for forming their own opinions prior to bidding.

This Code of Ethics forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions governing all auctions conducted by PCH Signature Auctions.
