Information disclosed to PCH Signature Auctions by consignors will be reflected in lot descriptions where appropriate. Unless expressly stated, PCH Signature Auctions does not independently research or verify provenance, catalogue raisonné inclusion, or scholarly authentication.
PCH Signature Auctions complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and marketplace platform requirements governing auctioneering and online commerce.
Operations are conducted in alignment with accepted international auctions standards and are subject to periodic review to ensure continued compliance.
Except as expressly stated in writing, PCH Signature Auctions makes no warranties of authenticity, authorship, attribution, provenance, date, medium, or condition.
All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and bidders assume full responsibility for forming their own opinions prior to bidding.
This Code of Ethics forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions governing all auctions conducted by PCH Signature Auctions.Â
​In the event of any conflict between descriptive content and the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.Â
